Information we collect

We intentionally collect as little personal information as possible so Loglast stays lightweight and respectful. Depending on how you use the product we may collect:

• Account details: your email address so we can authenticate you through passwordless magic links.
• Tracker data: names of trackers, categories, log timestamps, and optional notes that you explicitly add.
• Support metadata: any information you voluntarily provide when you contact us for help.

How we use your information

Your information is used strictly to deliver and improve Loglast:

• Authenticate you securely via Supabase Auth.
• Store your trackers and logs so they stay synced across devices.
• Send transactional emails — like reminders, payment receipts, or urgent product notices.
• Diagnose outages, prevent abuse, and understand feature adoption at an aggregate level.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small list of trusted partners to run Loglast. Each provider only receives the information needed to deliver their service:

• Supabase: authentication, database hosting, and file storage.
• Vercel: hosts the marketing website and product frontend.
• Stripe: processes payments for Loglast Pro. We never see your full card number.
• Email providers: transactional email such as onboarding links and reminders.

Data retention & deletion

You control your data. You can delete trackers or logs at any time from the dashboard. If you close your account, contact us and we'll remove the remaining data from our systems within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it (for example, tax records for purchases).

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS, and Supabase stores data with encryption at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the Loglast founder and requires strong authentication. We continuously monitor for unusual activity and follow industry-standard practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
