Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your region) and legally allowed to enter into contracts to use Loglast. If you access Loglast on behalf of a team, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these terms.

Your account

Keep your email secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Use Loglast in a lawful manner. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, spam other users, or interfere with our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each year unless you cancel.
• If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period, and we stop future charges.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us within that window for a refund.
• Prices are listed in GBP and processed securely by Stripe. Exchange or bank fees may apply depending on your provider.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Loglast online, but downtime can happen. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We're not liable for losses arising from outages, data loss, or events beyond our control.

Intellectual property

The Loglast brand, codebase, and design are owned by Loglast. You retain ownership of the content you add to your trackers, but grant us the rights needed to store and display it to you.

Termination

You can stop using Loglast anytime. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or if continued service creates risk to us or other users.

Changes to these terms

If we make material updates, we will notify you via email or in-app messaging. Your continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
